Kate Wilson

Kate Hofheimer Wilson brings more than 20 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, working with charitably minded people in Hampton Roads and across Virginia. She currently serves as Associate Vice President for Development at the Hampton Roads Community Foundation. Prior to joining the community foundation in 2018, she held several fundraising positions in the region, most recently including Director of Development at The Chrysler Museum of Art, and Director of Principal and Major Giving - Virginia at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. She is a graduate of the CIVIC Leadership Institute, and currently serves on the boards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Hampton Roads and the Hampton Roads Gift Planning Council, as a mentor for AdNet, and as Chair of the City of Norfolk Wetlands Board.
