Wetlands Watch partners with a wide range of local organizations, municipalities, associations, and groups. For more information, please visit our Partners page. Collaborating with local organizations and groups is essential to our success. These organizations and offices have an intimate understanding of the communities they serve, and are uniquely positioned to design and implement programs that benefit their particular constituencies.

Governance & Guidance

Our staff serves on the governing boards of a number of important and consequential nonprofits. Among them:

Mary-Carson Stiff, Executive Director

  • Coastal Virginia Community Rating System Workgroup. Co-chair: 2015 to 2024.

  • Coastal Virginia Conservancy. Trustee: 2016 to 2021; Vice-Chair: 2016 to 2023; Trustee: 2023 to present.

  • Virginia Land Conservation Foundation. Vice-Chair: 2019 to present.

  • Norfolk Environmental Commission. Commissioner: 2015 to 2019.
